Deploying state-of-the-art Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technologies, the firm’s expert technical team assessed 400 diverse structures within the Port Harcourt metropolis, Obio/Akpor, and Ikwerre Local Government Areas.

Exposing the Structural Quality Gap The data gathered by Clev Dynamic Inspections Ltd reveals a "stark, data-supported disparity" between regulated public infrastructure and the dangerously variable quality of private residential and commercial buildings. While public flyovers demonstrated exceptional concrete strengths of up to 70 MPa, an alarming 32.3% of the sampled private buildings were found to have critical deficiencies, with some newly built residential projects recording compressive strengths as low as 10 MPa—a level deemed unfit for structural use.
